The online store of Autokomerc Logistika d.o.o. Belgrade, available at www.autokomers.rent, offers vehicle rental services to its clients according to the terms and prices listed on the website itself.

4. Sales terms

The general terms of vehicle rental define the procedure for ordering, payment, and complaints regarding the vehicle rental service offered by Autokomerc Logistika d.o.o. Belgrade on the website www.autokomerc.rs. The procedure is defined through the following steps:

4.1. VEHICLE RESERVATION

Before making a vehicle reservation, it is necessary to read the general terms of vehicle rental available at the following link.

To make a reservation for renting a car on the website www.autokomerc.rs, it is necessary to go through all mandatory steps of the reservation process, which include the following:

• Selection of the rental location and pick-up/drop-off times
• Selection of the vehicle and payment options (pay online or pay at the rental location)
• Selection of insurance packages
• Selection of additional equipment and services
• Providing basic driver information (name, email address, phone number)

By confirming the reservation, the customer agrees to the general terms of the vehicle rental agreement. After confirming the reservation and selecting the payment method for the rental, the customer will be redirected to the Procredit website.

4.2. PAYMENT METHOD AND SECURITY

When entering credit card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no time are credit card details available to our system.

4.3. CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

“All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are displayed using the mid-market exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

The amount charged to your credit card will be displayed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card associations at the time of the transaction, which is unknown to us. Due to this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.”

4.4. CONFIRMATION

After completing the reservation payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the last step of the vehicle reservation process.

4.5. CHANGE OF RESERVATION

The customer can change the reservation by email at rent@autokomerc.rs, or by phone at +381 11 3530-321. Changing the reservation is free of charge, but changes may affect the final rental price.

4.6. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The customer can cancel the reservation by:

Using the “Change reservation” link,

Emailing rent@autokomerc.rs, or

Calling +381 11 3530-321.

4.7. CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation can be canceled at any time up to three days before the planned vehicle pickup date WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

4.8. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation with the right to a refund, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.

In case of returning goods and refunding to a customer who previously paid with a credit card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Autokomerc Logistika D.O.O. Beograd is obligated to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank, upon request from the seller, will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.

4.9. VAT STATEMENT

VAT is included in the price, and there are no hidden costs.

5. Complaints and Appeals

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can express their dissatisfaction with purchased products or services by submitting a written complaint at our business premises. We will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. You can also send your complaint by mail to:

The seller undertakes to respond to complaints in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

6. Protection of Confidential Data

Autokomerc Logistika d.o.o. Beograd undertakes to protect the personal data of customers by collecting only necessary basic customer/user information required to fulfill our obligations; informing customers about the use of collected data; regularly providing customers with choices regarding the use of their data, including the option to decide whether their name should be removed from marketing campaign lists.

All customer data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees who need such data to perform their duties. All employees of Autokomerc Logistika d.o.o. Beograd and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

7. Dispute resolution

All disputes arising from the interpretation, application, or execution of these Terms may be submitted for mediation before one of the mediation organizations in the Republic of Serbia. In the event that, despite efforts to resolve the dispute amicably, no peaceful resolution is reached, the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade and the application of Serbian law are agreed upon for judicial disputes.

These General Terms of Use and Business enter into force and apply from May 1, 2024.
